You can't tell an eating disordered person to just stop. It doesn't work that way.
Why are you offended that she feels fat? That's what you think when you have anorexia.

I'm sorry but I find it quite offensive that you keep mentioning that you are having a "fat" day. I don't think anyone would say; 'dang, that chick is fat'. Stop saying it.
