Sarah Flowers travels to Riverside, California to uncover why so many medical marijuana patients are against proposition 19 which will be on the California ballot in November. Letitia Pepper has been an attorney for about 30 years and worked as a legal analist for the courts and worked for Best Best & Krieger. Lititia's experience gives her insight into the basic, unemotional law and how it will be interpreted by the courts, not to mention the individual cities in California. @ChrisConradHemp Chris, I know you know better then this. What exactly was her error? Was she wrong in saying that MMJ patients would be subject to City taxes and regulations? Or maybe that prop 19 does undermine prop 215.

If everything she said is true, then I'm glad that it failed to pass. You knew that if it was written by Richard Lee and his hired attorneys, it was the wrong vehicle for so called "legalization". We need a better proposition written by people who are not

special interests.

Opinions aside, everything she said about the text of the prop IS TRUE. Its up to you who you side with. I believe prop 19 will EVENTUALLY make pot more expensive than it is now, especially in dispensaries.

I know I would be perfectly happy with my medical card and paying my current dispensary prices for the rest of my life and wouldn't change a thing. SO, if I had to decide today, I would say no on 19 just to not give them a CHANCE to mess up a good thing I've got going already.
