Dancer as a Painter by Aku Meriläinen

Turku -European Capital of Culture 2011 presents, Jury's honorary mention: "In this test the dancer holds a few infrared led lights and computer tracks the infrared lights with my built custom modified webcam that sees only infrared light.
of the position of the light is sent from the tracking software. My code in Quartz Composer spray paints the movement of the led lights, the movement of the dancer. The main idea of the work is to explore the area of media as a tool in other performance arts.
