After watching the Incredible Hulk in theaters, I got pumped before the Powerlifting meet. I took home two USPF gold medals and a best lifter award. All in a days work. LOL. I am getting ready for nationals now.

Thanks. Yeah I am ready. I am registered in the USPF Powerlifting Nationals and I am going with a purpose. But first I have to get past tomorrow's Venice Beach competition on June 14th. Hopefully everything goes well today on Friday the 13th... I'll let you know how tomorrow's competition goes.

Military, yes, overall, no. There was a guy there who pulled 502 I think. He had a lot more experience under his belt though.

That is pretty good. You look plenty strong. I was there at that powerlifting meet and it was also my first meet. I was wondering when is your next meet and are you going to try and go to nationals?

I'm going to that one in Venice in August. I dunno about nationals.. I'll do whatever the team's doing, and keep working on my lifts until then, you know?

That sounds cool. There is one in Venice June 14 that i am going to entitled Muscle Beach push and pull. June 28 and 29 is nationals in Rhode Island. Next month is going to be pretty busy for me. Your team is pretty strong. You guys are always going all out. I am currently training with a civilian team in Imperial Beach that i met at the competition. If your team is going to be there in August then so will I. You keep lifting hard my friend.
