{show your story} __the pain of divorce.

Okayy, so I thought this contest was really interesting and I decided I would try out for it. At first, honestly, I really didn't know how I could 'show' you my life. I really didn't know what I could talk about until I thought about my parent's divorce...So yeah, in the end, this video is very personal to me.

Basically the story behind this video is that my parents divorced when I was very young, but obviously at a certain age, you don't realise these things, so I felt pretty indifferent when I got the news. It was only later on, when I was older that I realised the agony to know that my parents would never be together anymore. Contrary to the video, it was my mom who had hidden from me that she had a boyfriend (but I couldn't change the voiceovers so I ended up leaving them that way). Upon hearing the news, there was a series of events that followed, in one case I almost ran away.. But in the end, you can't change anything and I realised that as long as my parents are happy, then that's all that matters. So now I am very content with my life :)
