Loops are a fun, simple way to fill in sashing areas. Sometimes it helps to think of cursive lowercase a's from third grade to help make the shape. Alternate how you enter the loop between clockwise and counter clockwise to set yourself up for the next loop. Focus on a size in your head like a quarter or a silver dollar to keep the sizes consistent. You can even mark the spacing in the sashing to keep those loops as similar as possible.
