That's the old one. The new one has a speaker.The new one is almost the same, but a little nicer, with a bigger screen and a camera. I think you're just hearing the wheel button click.

Yes I already unboxed it and added music and videos in it so that I could show you some of the features the nano had. Thanks for the advice I eventually ended up getting a clear silicon case for it.
