As we understand that Chinese and Russian Revolutionary had killed too far many their own people as the world saw these holocausts in these two countries. Vietnamese leaders carefully thought that they have to use Yuon citizens as Vietminh and Vietcong, who used to live in Cambodia since the murderous French colonial period, can write, read and speak Khmer more fluently than Cambodian peasants themselves do. And many Yuon soldiers perfectly camouflaged themselves among the super-illiterate-ignorant Khmer Rouge yotheas who could not even write and read Khmer at all. Yuons' Krom Khiet Kar Aat Kambang/ Mysterious Group of Murderers who always showed up at night to arrest Khmer innocent people who were brutally led away to be murdered in the bushes everywhere in Cambodia.
