I think I go the other way and toxify myself to build callouses ;)
To expand and the poisoned earth I mentioned. The deer I eat are chemical free, except for the literal EPA toxic waste site 90 acres away. My garden is organic, except for the fact that the whole back yards here were septic fields. My fruit can't be organic because of people giving up and breeding the bugs.
It's getting to be impossible. "What were they thinking" comes to mind.

@Myk63 hehehe I wish I could build those callouses. I so love your effort in what you are doing to eat healthy and as pure as possible. I so admire you as a person and the things you do. What are they thinking indeed. I agree, and it is sad we even have to think it's a futile battle. But you know... companionship, even if online, with a friend like you brings the joy and light into a seemingly dark situation. thank you sweetie.
