I've stopped(with my doctors blessing) taking all my MS medication and not just have a high dose, time release ibuprofen and other pain relief for the neuropathic pain. I was suffering side effect's' depression,, confusion I thought Sod This for a lark? I told my Doctor and he approved my plan?now life is good!

Hiya, I was living in the UK (I am originally from 'Ostraya') when I was diagnosed...the intellectual giants from the hospital where I was a patient, TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE WHILE AT WORK. Astounding eh! Anyway, I too have gone the natural route. I see a herbalist and have changed my lifestyle (I moved to Madrid...less stress). Will just keep plodding along, and like you (do/recommend) will exercise and live a relatively healthy life (oh, canny go past a glass o red!), Cheers to you! Kylie

Hi Jacalynne, I'm an MSer too. I have those same lateral ballnce problems as well, with numbness and the pins a needles effect. The Numbness mainly attacks the left side of my head, and I live everyday of my life feeling like a hours gave me a hard kick in the head. Resulting in mainly cognitive problem, and short term memory.
