There she meets other western women like her: single, more than 30, not married, independent, who travel alone in search of self-knowledge. On the trailer, you'll see Lara starting her trip and the interviews with the other travellers about the main feminine issues nowadays. Language: Spanish and English. WORK IN PROGRESS (searching for funds for postproduction). A production of Move Cultura Urbana (Spain)

  • Lovely film trailer. I hope you have a chance to finish it. I am heading there myself for a couple of months and will be alone. It is nice to see all of you ladies that did it and lived to tell the tale. It gives me a sense of hope and that it will all be okay.

  • Thanks for the comments! I can asure you that going to India by ourselves is a great adventure. Good luck. As soon as I receive the financial aid to finish editing the film I will upload it on You tube.

  • I've travelled india alone for a couple of weeks (on a 4months stay) at only 20, and had no problems. As long as u dress well, learn to know the culture and keep your sense of humour you can live an amazing experience! I'm less afraid to walk down a street in India than in my own country at night!

  • Awesome trailer! I lived in Bangalore, India by myself for 2 years working for Dell. It was definitely a challenge and there were times when I just wanted to go home. But for the most part I threw myself in, totally immersing in the culture, wearing the India clothing, walking or taking rickshaws to work. I'm back in the US now and I really do miss India. I plan to go back for a visit again soon. Thanks Allot!

  • Travelling in India are dangerous for many things:

    1. a lot of rape cases happening to locals and tourists - it is one of the most dangerous places for women to go to - SELF DEFENCE A MUST

    2. infectious diseases - vaccination A MUST

    3. very dirty environments - yes, the basic - BOILED WATER -A MUST

    4. The chaotic traffic and the crowdiness of it

    5. wild animals roaming around - rats, monkeys, wild birds, elephants, wild dogs

  • you will be raped..end of story

  • lol... this is titanic.. why not.. lol..

well yes.. i am indian.. there is lot of spirituality here.. the question is how to find it.. where there are people there will always be greed, hunger.. you wont find good people on streets wanting to show you spirituality.. the only way to find it is.... find it out yourself.. read , research and see it yourself.. its hard but its the best way.. its harder to find a good person who can guide you thru in india.. they wouldnt be on streets...

  • Men in India will find you strange to travel alone. You will find people trying to cheat you so be aware. The best thing is make friends with the woman and pay them if you have to to travel with you. {A few American dollars}. You will never be alone in India, the people are extremely friendly and talkative.// You need to find the spiritual places to visit research that first.// To stay healthy there, eat only vegetarian food there. Because of lack of refrigerators and electrical problems

  • i come from the "third world" as you say and im a woman so i can tell you that is possible to travel alone in "poor countries" but taking care of yourself, like dint accpting drinks from strangers, dont walkng alone... etc you talk like third world is something so dark and dangerous, i think you just have to take care and dont make stupid thinks.

  • I am looking to stay a month or two in Mumbai and looking for Safe and Affordable Accomdations. Max budget per month is 500 to 1000 dollars for accomdations alone. Please Help!
