Please can somebody help me?

I just installed zoo tycoon 2 on my computer. But I can't play it, if I launch it, then I get a message that I don't have enough MB, but that can't be right because I have a new pc with veeery much MB. So thats not possible. Can somebody help me please?

i have no idea, try asking a good friend that knows a lot about computers, but, if u cant find anybody, call up geeksquad, but ONLY if you cant find anybody to help u becaue geeksquad is so expinesive.
