Real Project provides a graphical interface to allow user to input Workbreakdown Structure (WBS), and let project manager to 'think through' the whole project. Once the WBS chart is completed, user just
click one button, and then generate a Gantt Chart automatically.
Earned Value Analysis
Real Project provides an earned value analysis to let project manager or any stakeholder to understand a real status of the project. Therefore project managers are easily to control and correct the project to the right track.
