CBS News is revamping 'The Early Show'. The morning news program is number three according to the Nielsen numbers, behind #1 NBC's 'Today' show and ABC's 'Good Morning America'. 'Early Show' co-anchors Harry Smith and Maggie Rodriguez will be stepping down, but will stay with the network. Filling their shoes are Chris Wragge and Erica Hill, hosts of CBS' Saturday morning show. Hill, a former CNN reporter, also reads the headlines during the week.
This talent-shift will be the second this year for network news in the morning. Earlier, GMA host, Diane Sawyer, shifted to ABC's evening newscast. While George Stephanopoulos took over the early post.

This report isn't precisely accurate. Diane Sawyer moved to "World News" in December 2009, not "earlier this year." Also, I believe that Stephanopoulos took her place at "Good Morning America" in December 2009 (not this year).
