Quake 1 HD vs. OEM

Quake 1 OEM non-openGL vs. Tenebrae engine. Video is a bit choppy due to the conversion. Run on a Nvidia 6800GS.

Tenebrae looks a little better than Doomsday, but does not run as smoothly IMO.

@Btushinsky83 Yup. Same with Quake 1 retexturing and all of that... doesn't feel like Quake anymore. I prefer the DarkPlaces engine without any further enhancements - just a little bloom and dynamic shadows. Anything more and it veers too far from that Quake feeling.
