I finally managed to get my Japanese Playstation Network pre-paid card, so I downloaded Monster Hunter Portable 3rd. This video shows me playing MHP 3rd on PS Vita, it demonstrates the settings you can change to adjust the quality of the PSP game on PSV, and adapting the game to make use of the right analog stick.

@Arekkz I just got my vita today, is there anyway you can post a video explaining how to purchase the game? I have a few questions.

1) You need a Japanese PSN account to download the game correct?

2) I see your vita menus are in English, are you signed into a US or Japanese account?

3) Did you download the game with your vita, or transfer it using a ps3/pc?

4) Anything else we need to know?

Makes more sense to just get Monster Hunter Freedom Unite (which I'm currently playing like crazy) unless you know Japanese, in which case I'm jealous because you can rock all those awesome imports.

Its Monster Hunter for the psp but you can download and play psp games on ps vita, if you bought it on psn store. Also if and when the ps vita monster hunter comes out on ps vita it should look way better then the 3Ds version, so kids get your facts straight.
