Hi lovely judges and hosts!
When this contest was announced I was beyond excited! To have an Alice in Wonderland contest is one, but another is that it is held by some of the most talented ladies on YT is even better ! It truly is an honor to enter! This first entry I have done for Goldiestarling is my version of the White Rabbit, or McTwisp as they call him in the Tim Burton version. This version however, is more based upon the rabbit of the 1951 version of Alice in Wonderland. Thank you so much for having this contest ladies! Hope you like this Angie- you makeup magician you!
PS- The original version of this look done by Deviant art user Laurentea can be found here: Mine is half of what this talented artist came up with:

Pss. The Old fashioned Pocket watch in the pics is a family heirloom, it belonged to my great grandmother! :)

Hand made prosthetics- using fake white fur- that I trimmed down coated with glue- and molded onto a shape cut out on craft foam mold- and let dry- The nose was made out of Model Magic in Bisque. Applied to the face using part lash glue and part spirit gum.
The hat I made from pieces of black foam and a styrofoam cup- using a technique Goldiestarling herself taught me- then I just added ribbon designs.

  • Could you do a tutorial on this look? I absolutely love it! I am particularly interested in how you made the furry "mask" and that cute rabbit nose. It would look sooo nice on a costume ball we do every year where I live.

  • @Feyzels Thanks so much! unfortunately I don't think I could do a full tutorial on this look- The whole look took forever- but I possibly could do a tutorial on the bunny prosthetics- which would be much easier to explain. A costume ball huh? Sounds awesome!
