It is ugly hearted to look for offense. But what do we do when repeatedly assaulted. Then when we finally speak out we are accused of fault finding by the perpetrators? They try to silence us by accusing us of "whining". That is when I say. Let's get real. Hit the hardpan of hell and make a heaven out of it. Let's establish constructive dialog and.. learn to listen.
