@blacksnake230 : DO NOT FOLLOW THIS GUIDE IF YOU HAVE INSTALLED SHIFTER. Shifter uses a slightly different method to work, and doesn't need the files located in \HDTP\System\. In fact, loading the files in that directory will DISABLE Shifter. If you HAVE to use this method, delete the line "Paths=..\HDTP\System\*.u" from your modified INI file. Otherwise, Shifter includes instructions on how to get the two mods working together, and yes this will work in Steam.
