  • this is beautiful! what's the lead singer do now?

  • @salvatorems Steve graduated from UNC in 2009 and nows works full-time for the University at the General Alumni Association. He still performs occasionally in local venues around Chapel Hill. This song was from his very FIRST concert as a Clef in Fall 2005 (age 18!) - be sure to check out his songs from the remaining 3 1/2 years as a Clef on this same channel - Another Day In Paradise, Dreaming With A Broken Heart, Try, Heat Of The Moment, Boondocks, King Of Wishful Thinking, Boston, etc...

  • Wow. He has SUCH a beautiful voice. It's ridiculous. I wish I could hear what he sounds like now!

  • Well, Steve is still in the group... His most recent songs are on this channel and are "Heat Of The Moment" (Spring 2008)and "We Weren't Crazy" (Fall 2008). He's got a new one that I just heard them do that will be debuted at their Spring Concert in April - I'll have it up here probably in May.

  • As a huge Verts fan (one of the few in England....no bugger has heard of them here....bloody heathens) I have to say this is a fantastic rendition of one of my favourite songs :)

  • WoW...this was better than "beat boxing" ! Or is this beat boxing o_O

  • That is such an awesome arrangement! Kudos to whoever arranged it.

  • @speeddemon29853 You obviously miss my point completely... I was replying to another point made where the person said Matt was leaving. I'm a massive VH fan, and I say again. Keith has left the band, which as a hardcore fan, has pretty much killed them off for me. I know Matt is still there, thats bleedingly obvious.

  • @s1monz I beg to differ. I just saw Matt in concert a month ago and VH just released an album and he's still the lead singer.

  • @kevlinefm Seeing as Keith has left the band, without Matt there is no VH... indeed without Matt and with Keith there still would be no VH, since he's written almost all of their recent material... plus his guitar skills would be somewhat difficult to surpass.
