You are right and he rushed a few parts to catch up. Listen to Cecilia Bartoli sing the same thing, or simply look at the sheet music.

Grandissimo, Maestro Pavarotti.
Facendosi analisi momenti in cui lui faceva errori sulle parole..... Per'esempio
'Frinche frinche ....' faceva 7 volte alla prima, ma subito si accorge e aggiusta
a 6 volte facendosi occhi chiusi per concentrare al massimo. Magnifico.....
E' insuperabile Grazie, Maestro.
Sono un coreano che studiava all'Italia.
Viva Corea/Italia e Sir Pavarotti !!!!
