i'm proud of SA, before the world cup we were getting alot of criticism and everyone said we will never win it, and the All Blacks looked like the favourites to win it, but everyone knows us we do great under-criticism, we looked at our faults and worked hard at big best at what we do,after the world cup we worked hard at putting in place measures that would see quality youngster come through the ranks, both black and white Quality players, such as the Beast,Jonji Nokwe, Hiedrick Brussuow ect...

i remember watching this game. this all black side had just come off a 3-0 whitewash of the lions, and was considered possibly the greatest side of all time. fair play to south africa though they found a way

You can both blame les bleus! If France had of won their pool match against Argentina, the allblacks would have met the wallabies in the semis, and the springboks would have met the French in the other semi. Then we would of had a world cup truly representative of the international form of the 4 preceding years hahaha.... France would have beaten argentina if they had played a decent halves combination, preferably with a goal kicker i.e. Yachvili or Elissalde... poor old skrela choked!

c'mon they ddi better up north than those SAFFAS losing to Ireland? are you shitting me? World Champs my arse. I guess NZ deal with pressure pretty well the rest of the time...They are always the best team in the world results wise and rankings. The RWC is a tournament we only happened to win once but gee how can you be world champs and lose up North to Ireland and 2 club sides...shit! Brain much?.

the same could be said for SA with the added advantage of having paid off match officials with cash & gold watch offers along with a food poisoned AB's. It's just a shame Eastwood had to glorify the springboks as deserved winners.

Ha SA winning the WC means nothing. You beat Fiji, Argentina and pansyland in a year, no sorry, a millenium where the ABS have dominated you. Enjoy your 2009 victories you will have to wait another 5 years untill you are better than the ABs again.
