The colors of this clock are gorgeous. I absolutely love it!

The bitter sweet frustration of designing a clock and not having it run as it should, must have been difficult to design with such little travel on the weights. Love it.

Well done Adrian. Max

It's still a cool clock. The brocot is a nice soft sounding tick.
I think I will have to be the first to ask, what cad software do you use for designing the wheels and pinion ratios. cause although I like to design some clocks in the future my brain kinda fizzes and smokes a little when it comes to the maths.

Yes, a Great video & a valuable lession! I too was wondering about the software you were using. Please either post it or email me/us. Thanks!

I use TurboCad to draw my plans. As I only have the personal (not professional) version, it doesn't draw gears. I work these out on a spreadsheet.

Adrian, i can highly recommend Rhino 3d. A sample version which has very little unavailble features is free. It takes very little time to get the hand of it and you can get free downloads that generate convolute gears. Very easy.
