I was raised raised Jewish, was sent to a conservative Hebrew school for a few hours a week after public school and was as brainwashed as you were. Two of my Hebrew school teachers were orthodox women. I felt so much better after I came out as an atheist, quit observing anything, and got rid of my guilt and fear about being non-observant.

As someone raised Jewish, no longer am, I can say this is a very accurate portrayal of what this shame-filled, guiltful, and shadowy culture is like to grow up in. They did this to me. I feel raped by the idea that I used to buy into this ancient superstitious evil.

a) i dont think this is creative writing, i think this guy is taking a very serious personal issue with judaism and wants people to adopt his rather distorted outlook on it. b) you say creative writing like creative writing is automatically innocent. scientology was creative writing until people actually bought into it. people frequently believe fiction. c) if i told you to go choke on a cock i might be humorous in saying that but would you be so chill?

As Jew, I challenge molestations on boys (aka, "circumcision"). The Jewish people, and God, it seems, killed more Jews than the Egyptians, Greeks & Nazis combined. If we cannot get past this cowardly ritual, we are as bad as the 9-11 terrorists who circumcised New York!
