Theremin Killed the Radio Star (take 2)

"Video Killed The Radio Star" played on the theremin by Jon Bernhardt at his house in Massachusetts, on June 10, 2006. Why another version? Jon was asked to contribute to a TV show being developed by Vh1, and they wanted to include an intro explaining what a theremin is (hence the first 100 seconds of this clip). Do they produce left-handed and right-handed theremins? Are you left-handed anyway? Couse I'm right handed and see it more difficult to play it having in mind, that, not the closer to the antenna the sound will be higher, but it's on the left side, so are the higher sounds, inversely to most instruments, and I think I would have some problems with coordinating the right pitch ;P

@PreviousGod - Yes, I am playing a left-handed instrument. Typically, a thereminist will want to use their dominant hand to control pitch, since it requires incredibly precise motor control.

Is it possible to change the voice of the theremin? Because, from what i have heard the theremin sounds like a sad and weird dolphin or dark voiced baby.
