材料:全脂鮮奶150cc(含脂3.8以上)、新鮮去渣老薑汁50g、糖

做法:先把鮮奶下鍋煮熱,溫度約80~85度之間這樣才能凝固,可以看鍋中的鮮奶週邊有冒出小泡泡這樣溫度就差不多了,再把一大匙砂糖加入鍋中,準備好一大匙薑汁在碗中放­在旁,可搖晃鍋子讓溫度在80~85度且砂糖溶解均勻後,即可倒入薑汁碗中,大約再等三分鐘,可放上湯匙來測試是否能撐住而不沉下,如可就完成薑汁撞奶。
