my inner nerd will never forget ASCN wreckin MC. bob gettin annihilated by goons is equally amusing.
to my knowlege, the tourneys are not fixed blue, it's the mods/fitting ste-ups they use. designed for a specific purpose. ascn in this fight was usin remote n drone rep to a full degree as well as nos. a lot of this isn't allowed anymore in tourney's (remote n drone rep)

Ahh, smart... I used to be in this alliance that always did sniper fleets for pvp. It was very effective.

How come these tournaments always start off with one side shooting, and the other side not shooting back at all? Are these tournaments fixed?

I believe so yes. Having said that it would be nice if the commentators played the game once in a while. The crow has 4 hislots, 3 launcher hp. So 1 rail can be fitted in the last hislot.

they are pains for drones but in fleet warfare they are good defenderboats, but for this there wasnt really a point but to use up ship points
