what i like about this movie is even though its 40 years old its still more realistic than any drugs movie today. the supporting and background characters are perfect and actually seem like real people, not actors. whatever the case its a great film and quite unique. i hadnt seen it for 10 years and expected it too look tame and patronising but no, it just looks like what it is. a rare case
