@sis420sy (...) is only understood by them. They shout at each other everyday, always insulting and cursing (no physical violence whatsoever thankfully). I've grown up being used to that, thinking that one day I'd never treat my partner like that, but sometimes I do, and I hate myself for that, with a passion. They love each other, but it's the way they do things. And it's made me hate marriage, with a passion.
I'm sorry about your divorce, but life gives more you chances to be happy.

@sis420sy I didn't mean to sound like a prick with my comment (we're not all the same) but it is what it is. I can't see myself unconditionally loving one person, it's too much work and in the end he/she won't probably feel the same way you do, hence the friction. Besides, we all constantly change for better or worse. I don't even know everything about my brother, and I've known him all my life. Long marriages exist, my parents have been maried for over 25 years...but their love (...)

@panetero dude so true. i thought i was different too. knew him for 4 years b4 we got married, split up 2 months later. FAIL. have tried multiple times to make it work, but it wont/cant.
