Got this one after an hour trying to figure what to do I decided to go on a whim and see by watching how slow the door on the left of the stature closed compared to the rotating platform. I think I examined that stature for 15 solid minutes trying to figure that out. Wouldn't ya know first time I tried it I got the water running. Cool.
