The monkey is TIED to the dog. Its animal cruelty! Try not to sugar coat it to make it "fine".

I still think it's animal exploitation. Towards the monkey,coz the dog seems fine with it. But overall rodeo's are animal cruelty AND exploitation, so pretty much what i would expect tbh.
