Ground Zero. Timed Run. 8/10/10

I've been reflecting on my practice lately, in particular my documentation.

Inspired by Parkour Literaly I've decided to start evaluating my training on a more practical level. Even though Parkour Literaly is mostly segmented I got the basic premise from there.

This is the beginning of that, I plan to attempt this run again in the future and see if I can beat my time and improve my technique under pressure.

I feel the bit at 28 seconds is a bit of a cheat! that step surely counts as the ground :p. Non the less man , thats an amazing improvement from when we first timed it!!! Im still at 3 mins on the dot, i have yet to try again. Well done man!
