Better change this video. Now it's a haven with the encroachment of Orientals, Russians, Mexicans and Arabs that don't assimilate. What once was....will never be. Case in point even Dyker Heights the once bastion of Italians is being taken over,except for a small pocket that remains, bet is also eroding from 11th Avenue down to 8th Avenue and from 75th Street to 86th Street. Eight Avenue once Norwegian is now Chinatown from 65th Street to Sunset Park, and down to 6th Avenue.
