Dude, are you under the impression that Bush didn't use a teleprompter? Or any other poltician? Sarah Palin gave a great speech at the RNC with a teleprompter and without it, she couldn't name any news publications that she reads. Or any Supreme Court decisions she agrees or disagrees with, even though she testified before the Supreme Court twice. They ALL use teleprompters. Obama just actually knows what he's reading.
