It is indeed a pleasure to be unburdened from the constraining exactitude of all that legal mumbo jumbo, especially when you consider the enormous latitude given to comedic parodies. Is it an ad or is it a comedy parody? This is a question for the ages. I rest my case.

Take a look at the Old Spice ad, then back at yours, now back to the Old Spice ad, now back to yours. Sadly, they're not the same. But if you put it in front of an intellectual property judge, it could be considered an infringement. Look down. Back up. Where are you? You're in the poorhouse paying legal fees. What's in your hand? I have it. It's an injunction. Anything is possible when you steal someone else's concept.
