  • The concert was fantastic and we also took a trip to Aspen to see the John Denver Sanctuary and to Snowmass to visit Windstar. What a fantastic trip. The highlight of the concert for us, was when they had the video of John singing Annie's Song at the Wildlife concert. The Philharmonic played along and then Annie came out. She was clearly moved and told the crowd that John was such a beautiful man. Wow!

  • Wonderful - I also wish I could have been there to see him honoured in this way. Long overdue.

  • Thank You Jennifer for posting this video/snapshots of the John Denver Inaugral concert, was this event sold out? I would have got on a plane (from WA) and gone by myself if I thought I could have got in. I miss JD so much, his music helped shape my life, and I am truly thankful. JD fan for over 40 years
