Shirley Scott --- Shirley

Although it's Stanley Turrentine's sultry saxophone that makes this rare track memorable for me. It was actually released in August 1964 on Scott's album "Everybody Loves A Lover" Impulse! Records AS-73. Personnel included Bob Cranshaw on bass, Otis Finch, drums. I dedicate this video to my lifelong best friend from Chicago(HPK), Ken L. Wesley. Happy, Peaceful, Prosperous New Year to ALL who pass this way:)
