A teaspoon isn't all that difficult, at least I don't think so. Tried the same thing..like five minutes ago. The trick is to keep the cinnamon in your mouth long enough, so that the saliva kan wetten the cinnamon enough, so that you can form a little "ball" or something like that with it...then you swallow
