DON'T PANIC. This simple thought has become a mainstay in my everyday life, it has gotten me out of sticky situations with the bug-blatter-beast of trall numerous times, don't ask why I had to get out of said situations because I can vaguely remember due to a very peculiar man who told me something once that made no sense unless you were upside down on your way to Wales whistling row row row your boat. I can confidently say I did not understand him.
