playing that piano part and singing at the same time is so hard. I can't do that yet.

Peace with God can only come through the atoning blood of Jesus, not through communion. A person must enter a relationship with God through repentance and faith in the shed blood. Communion is simply a remembrance of the shed blood and broken body of Jesus for the believer.

That's funny, cause I always thought my faith was centered in the resurrection of Christ which, by my reckoning, reconciles my penitence with eternal life. But since the song doesn't mention resurrection, should I write it off as ill-focused?
On a side note, I wonder what'll happen if I get to heaven only to find out that transubstantiation was legit. I guess I'll let out a big 'oops', and continue on my way. Until then, who am I to suggest the sacraments are anything so simple as a remembrance?

that's the house band from Cross Timbers Community Church, just north of Fort Worth, TX. I was a guest player with them that morning.
