The PS3 and Xbox 360 and CPU are all about the same. Without a doubt its much easier to use a console instead of the CPU. What Im saying is that the consoles like the PS3 for instance are made for gaming and you can dedicate all hardware, software etc, to that fact. Honestly I use the PS3 for my online stuff as well so I would have to say that Id rather have my PS3 than my CPU because I can do everything with the PS3. 320 Gigs, BlueRay,FREE online gaming, Netflix, etc. PS3 wins,...hands down.

@kddritter1233 The Xbox 360 has three cores, not four. And the PS3 has one core plus seven additional SIMD units, not seven cores.
