Often we carry with us old pains and hurts from our childhood without even noticing that these wounds are crying to be heard, to be healed and loved. Almost every serious dis-ease has unresolved forgiveness issues at the root.
You are brave at heart and can let go. Take a plunge into freedom of the heart, body and mind through forgiveness.
With immense love to you and our inner children. Let there be love!

  • This is so true, the message of forgiveness. I do believe that disease can be brought on by unforgiveness. I know that meditation doesnt always work, I did TM five years faithfully twice a day with yoga. That did not even reveal to me the anger and bitterness I had much less help me let it go!

  • @victoriapicks Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It used to bug me too that I would meditate for years, many hours a day, and my inner child would still be angry and destructive. I started to dream about babies and my relationship to them. Finally, I realized that even though I am a woman, the male part of my inner child stayed behind and needed major help to mature and heal...I hope your healed too and all is well. It is not an easy journey. Lots of courage needed:-)

  • It is so much easier to love your self, once you've healed your inner self or inner child. We are all born perfect. What happens next has everything to do with who our caretakers are, but if we learn to remember who we really are, eventually we will be fine. Learning to mother ourselves is an essential element to our healing.

  • I finally realized that it wasn't my past I had to make peace with, it was my inner child all along because of the crap I went through. I see my inner child crying for my deceased friend, and I've let my inner child know that everything is going to be ok and I'm here for him as a friend. I finally solved the riddle of what happiness is, if your inner child is happy then you are as well, and it is beautiful :)

  • thanks for sharing. this is soooooooo important and has a huge influence on our lives. Everything gets better with inner healing.... bcoz it changes our perception of so many things and thus our lives do change :)
