This is a result of substance abuse during pregnancy.This 3yr old little boy has the mental capacity of a 1 yr old. This child has trouble retaining information that is given to hiim.

@PeaceLoveAndSKs I'm sorry it too so long to reply. Yes his hearing has been tested. He is just very mentaly challenged. One example is my wife was watching him and she had told him to eat his macaroni and cheese but instead he face planted his face into the macaroni and cheese.

No wonder he is like that. You guy's need to teach him not drill him. I have a 4 year old and I would NEVER treat her like this. It's not funny that you used drugs and alchol while you were pregnent, I heard u giggle when that guy said this is what happens when you use during pregnency. You should be embarresed not posting this poor little boy on youtube for the world to watch. Instead of sitting your ass on the couch tapeing him look into programs to help him. Stimulate him instead of confusing

seriously? how about instead of being a bitch, you intervene and get him some help if youre concerned. he needs to see someone about speech. all kids learn at different rates.... he may be a little behind, but why dont you get off your condescending ass and get him help rather than exploit his problems on the internet?
