Part 2 of Daniel Abrahamson director of legal affairs for the Drug Policy Alliance testifying before the Indiana Senate Criminal Law and Sentencing Policy Study Committee July 28th, 2011.
They are going to want to tax it to make money because the states are going broke; unfortunately the economy is functionally bankrupt; it will not come back. A large percentage of people will never 'work' again in any regular job, and we will have to return to a barter economy, or cottage industry (like marijuana production, heh ) to support ourselves. The days of cheap energy and 'go get a job' are fast coming to an end.
