Notice how Na Rynek (the barefoot walker, I assume) lands with his *heel* first. Many barefoot fanatics insist that when you walk barefoot, you land on the ball of your foot. This video shows these self-proclaimed experts wrong.
I walk barefoot and land with my heel first, the proper technique.
