Mice made with Chocolate Cake, topped with white chocolate "bavarian" style cream and chocolate ganache. This is a delicious and fun dessert I made for all the kids at a mother's day dinner party. You need: For Cake: 1 box of devil's food cake mix, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup oil, 1 and 1/2 cup water. For Cream: 1 box of instant white chocolate pudding mix, 1 cup of milk, 1 large tub of whipped topping. For Ganache: 1 bag (12 oz.) of dark chocolate chips, 1 and 1/2 cups heavy cream. For Decorations: M&M candies, Boston Baked bean candies, Fruit roll ups, regular marshmallows, pink or red liquid food color, powdered sugar, and granulated sugar.
