Thx this helped me soo much. I couldn't do it b4 and now I can!!!! And one word of advice. Dont havwe socks on you could slip!!!!! Anyway your back looks very flexible so could you give me a few tips on how to stretch your back please cuz I have been looking everywhere!!!!! Thx I would appreciate it if yo6u did!!!! XXXX

i already know how to do one just wanted to watch a gymnastic vid and stuff but u spelled practice wrong...but your backbends are really really good and u have really good arm and leg strength
ican do it of the wall now lol i go down lower from the wall but i cant do it from the floor

@15moonlight Just keep practicing! No one can do it on their very first try.

hey when im in the bridge and i lift one leg yp and try to push with the other i can only do a little jump and then i fall lol plzz help

@15moonlight That's why you should practice to walk on a door/wall with your legs and push over that way. I had the same problem at first. But another tip is that while your in bridge-position push your chest away from yourself. Kind of hard to explain, so hope you get it! ;)
