Couldn't help but notice they're using the term "Global Warming" in the bill. I don't suppose someone could amend the bill so that we don't have to do any of this if it can be proven it's cooling?

Correction. Someones (plural) wrote it (yes, I know that's not a word, but I'm making a point here) but that doesn't mean that one person has read the ENTIRE bill. I doubt that there is a person on this earth who has read it from start to finish.
This is an abomination (or rather an "Obamanation"). What has our country come to? No longer to they even read the laws they're passing? My God. What next. We don't even need laws? The g'ment just says you're doing something wrong and arrests you?
