note: I've decided to put this piece in this channel, even if Lucier is not a minimalist composer nor this is strictly a minimalist piece, because it's a wonderful example of "process music" (which is indeed also called sometimes "minimalist"), music that I love and which is very much in relationship with Reich's music.

You are absolutely right that this is process music, and in that way it fits right in next to Reich's pendulum music or his phase music.
