It is a Wasserman rewind crank... make by George Wasserman, I believe. I had been searching for years before I actually found one on ebay. then I was outbid at the last moment. Amazingly the guy who was selling it had another and I bought that from him. More amazing still was that the day I got my crank in the mail Steve Gandy wrote me responding to an email I had sent him over a year before saying that he was making rewind cranks again
